Maroubra Seals Fitness Facility

Whitcon rebuilt the Maroubra Seals’ fitness facility following a fire. Due to BCA requirements, the facility was completely rebuilt, including in energy efficiency technologies and the refurbishment of the pool. The rebuild cost $4 million, with Quattro Architects leading the design team.
