Club Belrose

Whitcon secured this Fixed Lump Sum Tender in mid-to-late 2018, and was able to secure approximately $1 million in cost savings for the club. The project commenced in November 2018 and, at a total cost of $5.3 million, will include the renovation of the entire club including all back-of-house areas. Stage 1, encompassing the restaurant, bar, servery, kitchen and other back-of house-areas, is already complete. Stage 2 is nearing completion.
