$6.5m Bergstrom designed new build Pub project, secured and built via a Fixed Lump Sum Tender by Whitcon. We are enormously proud to have taken part in this new build project for Jason Gavin's Australian Hotel and Event Management Group, the project was taken from a Greenfield site to a fully functioning pub in 8.5 months (2 months early!) which is a credit to not only Whitcon but Bergstrom Architects, Jason Gavin and Tim from Catalyst Projects (Client Side Project Managers).
