The Joyce is a thoughtfully conceived development of 23 one and two bedroom apartments comprising two multi story buildings separated by a landscaped common courtyard with one level of basement.

One third of the Joyce is dedicated to landscaped green open space featuring the highest standards of contemporary design.

Spacious contemporary designed units include both single and split level loft style floor plans, with some incorporating studies on their upper level.

Construction methodology was an unframed structure consisting of AFS Ready Wall (PVC wall system) for the basement and  AFS Logic wall as a load bearing proprietary wall system
